If you haven't already noticed, I have a love for plants. It's a combination of their textures, shapes, and subtle differences. These attributes combined with the effect of rain drops, light, and backdrop allow me to photograph a plant as a piece of ever-changing art. Plants tell a lot about the ecosystem of that place and everywhere you go will have different types of plant that change throughout the seasons and also as the plant ages. They provide water and nutrients to the animals who need them, they sequester carbon and help with air quality, and they create so much natural beauty. So I invite you to enjoy a little tour of plants from my most recent trip to visit my dad and step mom in Tucson, Arizona.
